Introduction of 15 ton overhead crane components

Firstly, let’s learn something about overhead crane drum, it is the necessary part of lifting device. Crane drum unit consists of drum, drum axis, big gear wheel, reel hub, bearing body and bearing.
Excellent crane drum adopts steel material no less than HT20—40, if necessary, we will use ZG25, ZG35 cast steel, or Q235B、Q345B welding steel plate.

All the crane has overload limiter, it is made up of sensor, operational amplifier and load indicator. Which combines display, control and alarm function on one device. When overhead crane begins to lift loads, sensor will change shape, and transfers loads into electrical signal, then operational amplifier will show the number value of loads. When loads reach 90% of rated load of overhead crane, the alarm will send early warning signal. If the crane overloads, the power source of crane will be cut off.

Stroke limiter consists of high accuracy and large transmission ratio reducer, mechanical memory control mechanism and sensor. Stroke limiter work after the function of each part, external hanging wheel change the speed of displacement signal, then it becomes output shaft angular displacement signal through reducer.
