Features of grab bucket overhead crane
The overhead grab crane is able to make into single girder type or double girders overhead crane model. Single girder grab crane, also named as AQ-LDZ electric grab overhead crane. its rated loads is from 2 ton to 10 ton, which is designed for catching loose objects like grain, sand and industrial bulk. Lifting height of this crane is 6-18 meters, and its lifting speed can be 14-16 m/min, working class is A4. For single girder grab crane, the main beam adopts U shape slot making by steel plate. With joint steel, a strong box web girder is made. Each main beam is connected by high strength M20 bolts. Moreover, grab crane use wire rope electric hoist, two hoists can make a trolley, one double rope hoist is to lift and low down objects, and the other one aiming at control grab bucket.
AQ-QZ overhead grab crane uses double girders and winch hoist structure. there are two sets of winch hoist device, and each of them adopts double hoist drum installing symmetrically.
