How to deal with torsional pendulum of electric shop crane?
Start and brake of AQ-LX type overhead crane is realized by the friction between driver wheel and joint steel. If the friction of both side beam of crane is unbalance, then the crane will be torsional. To solve this problem, manufacturer divides torsional condition into different types. Reading the following introduction to have a better understanding.
1. Crane does not twist when start, but twist when it stop. When this happens, operator should check whether side driving wheel turning with the twist. If it turning wit twist, then it may be the unbalance of two sides brake. If driving wheel does not turn along twist, then it is because one side driving wheel suspending.
2. Crane twist when start and stop. This may happen because two reasons: one reason is that motor of one side broken. The other one may be the friction is small or driving whell suspending. If motor broken, you can choose to repair crane motor or change a new one. For the second reason, the operator should make sure joint steel and main driving wheel has enough contact surface.
